When you submit a data deletion request, we permanently delete all personal and gameplay data linked to your account, including:

- Game progress, level completion, and high scores.
- Virtual currency, items, and in-app purchase history.
- Any support history or associated screenshots.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request data deletion through two convenient methods:
- Support Portal: Go to the Contact Us / Support Portal on this website, select "Data Deletion Request" as the Request Type, fill in your game email, and submit.
- Email: Send an email to JASMIN@blueysm.online with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and provide your in-game player ID or registered email address.
3. Retention and Processing Time
Once a request is submitted, we will verify your ownership of the account. Upon verification, the deletion process will be completed within 7 business days. Please note that once data is deleted, it is completely irreversible, and your game progress cannot be restored.
